Facts: What does Low Book Sales do with your personal information?

Terms and Conditions
The words "you," "your" and "yours" mean each person submitting this application. The words "we,"
"us," "our" and "ours" as used below refer to us, Low Book Sales®, Inc. and its affiliates, and to the financial institution(s) selected to receive
your application. allows all customers to obtain their own financing for a period of 5 (five) calendar days.
This 5 (five) day policy is subject to change with or without notice. However, we will make our best effort to have your
financing approved on your behalf. You agree to provide true and correct information so that financing can be expedited in a
timely manner. You agree that we may contact you at any of the phone numbers or addresses you have provided by
whatever means necessary (voice calls, faxes, physical mail, text messages, e-mail, etc.) in order to confirm,
verify, or notify you of any information or status relating to your application or subsequent related transaction.
You authorize us to submit this application and any other application submitted in connection
with the proposed transaction to the financial institutions disclosed to you by Low Book Sales®. This application will be
reviewed by such financial institutions on behalf of themselves and Low Book Sales®. In addition, in accordance with the Fair
Credit Reporting Act, you authorize that such financial institutions may submit your applications to other financial
institutions.
You agree that we may obtain a consumer credit report periodically from one or more consumer
reporting agencies (credit bureaus) in connection with the proposed transaction and any update, renewal, refinancing,
modification or extension of that transaction. You also agree that we or any affiliate of ours may obtain one or more
consumer credit reports on you at any time whatsoever. If you ask, you will be told whether a credit report was requested,
and if so, the name and address of any credit bureau from which we or our affiliate obtained your credit report.
You agree that we may verify your employment, insurance, income, place of residence, assets
and debts, and that anyone receiving a copy of this is authorized to provide us with such information. You further authorize
us to gather whatever credit and employment history, and residence history we consider necessary and appropriate in evaluating
this application and any other applications submitted in connection with the proposed transaction. At any time, Low Book
Sales® may request a list of 5 (five) or 10 (ten) references to help in your finance process. Low Book Sales® reserves the
right to contact these references for the purpose of marketing or in contacting you if you are unavailable.
We may keep this application and any other application submitted to us and information about you
whether or not the application is approved. You certify that the information on the application and in any other application
submitted to us, is true and complete. You understand that false statements, or fraudulent representation of another individual
may subject you to criminal penalties. Low Book Sales® does not participate or condone fraud of ANY kind, and collects
information on behalf of protecting you, the consumer, and its affiliates.
You agree that some financial institutions require an acquisition fee for financing a loan.
These fees are determined on the basis of individual credit and loan programs offered by financial institutions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT To help the government fight
the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify,
and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account,
we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask
to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
This application may be submitted to any financial institutions that Low Book Sales® currently
uses as finance sources. We are not liable for the actions of financial institutions as your agreement with them is separate
from your Contract of Sale with Low Book Sales®. As a responsible consumer, we expect that you will report any indiscretion
on behalf of your finance source to us so that we can improve your customer experience. Please note our toll free support
