All competing offers must be in writing for cash from a licensed Utah dealer and must specify that there is "No Purchased Required". In the event another dealership beats our offer. Low Books Sales must be given the opportunity to beat said competitor's offer.
Should Low Book Sales choose not to beat competing dealer's offer, proof of sale to competing dealer must be provided to Low Book Sales in order to receive $250.
