I absolutely loved coming here, Taylor McInelly was the one I worked with and he actually cared about helping get me into a car despite my tough situation. Other dealers I've gone to in the last month have ignored me and nearly ripped me off. But Low Book is the best experience I've had, I felt take...n care of knowing Taylor had my back through this hard ordeal. I really appreciate what these guys did for me. Show more

Chris benninger is the best ever!!! I got my 2016 jeep renegade trail hawk!!! Love ?? it !! 10 years ago I got my first jeep which I still have and runs great. I had to go back and get another one!!!

We bought a car here from salesman Tom and Finance manager Cash, and it was a really good experience. They were upfront about everything, no haggling. They even honored the sticker price when we realized it was lower than what it said online. The car is great, and the service was awesome! Thanks!

Low book sales was so helpful they are the best I would buy another car from them. I ran into a little problem and they resolved it right away I totally recommen them to anyone who is looking to buy a great use car they really stand behind all there cars.

Purchased a truck from the Salt Lake dealership and it was shipped to the Las Vegas dealership. The vehicle sustained some damage from transport. I called my contact at the Salt Lake dealership and they provided very little assistance. I talked to John, the GM and Brett, the service manager an...d they were amazing. They fought for us hard with the transport company, fit us in with their third party windshield replacement company and ordered & installed a replacement side view mirror for us all within 24 hours. We were only in town for one night and they took care of things so we could have fun with our kids at the Shark Reef Aquarium, wave pool and lazy river at our hotel. They made us feel like valued customers. Although I didn't buy my truck from them specifically, they treated me like I did. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will reach out to these guys based on this experience. I even offered to buy a sandwich platter or donuts for them because I was so grateful for their help. The GM graciously declined because they were just doing what they do. Give these guys a chance. You won't regret it. Show more

Exalent service loved the set up of the dealer ship the kids could play while I was checking out the cars and focuse on paper work I have a 3 year old so that says a lot Love my car and I'll defanetly be giving them more of my business ¿

My experience began with a phone call. I had just recently lost my husband and have never dealt with a car salesman by myself, to top that off I had credit issues. Before going down there to waste my time I had questions. That being said I was directed to Chris Miller. After our conversation I felt ...comfortable enough to go in and start looking for a car. Chris was so helpful he let me drive the car to work. I wasn't 100% sold on the car. When I returned he showed me more of their inventory. After about 5 other cars I finally found one I loved. The process of my application was complicated, and I had my two toddler grandson's who were tired and into everything. Chris spent so much of his time making sure the kids and I were comfortable. He even checked on them while I was filling out paperwork. I highly recommend Chris to work with he goes way beyond what I could have expected. I will refer and will deal with Chris if I ever need to make another car purchase. Thank you Chris for making a nerve wracking experience pleasant. Show more

I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i a year ago. So far no problems, except for some springs that were covered under warranty by BMW. I love my car, and I highly recommend this dealership. I also purchased my first vehicle here in 2006 to build my credit. The 2000 cavalier was also an excellent vehicle. I bu...ilt up my credit, and I am now the proud owner of a BMW. Great customer service and honestly sold, reliable vehicles. I trust these guys over traditional dealers. I have also purchased vehicles from traditional dealers, who sold me botched cars that were money pits. These guys are great! Show more
