I had a pretty good experience with low book of salt lake. My girlfriend and I went in and they were able to get us into a great suv at a decent price. Our credit wasn't really the greatest but they were able to work with us and get us financing

I live in Boise, ID and found the car I was looking for on their website via another car sales site. I called up the front office and was connected to a salesman right away. They didn't know a lot about the BMW I was wanting to buy but they were more than willing to investigate and find the inform...ation I was looking for. My brother-in-law was in town for a wedding and they worked with him to test drive the car for me. My brother-in-law said they were super professional and ran a strong organization (he used to work with car dealers as a software sales manager). Once I decided to purchase the car they let me make a quick down payment over the phone and arrange to take delivery in person the following Saturday with a cashier's check. Looking forward to picking the car up. Would easily recommend them to someone else either locally or remote! Show more

I probably had an easier experience then most when it came to visiting dealerships, I had a list of specific vehicles I wanted to look at. I came to Low Book to look at a specific SUV, Evan explained how Low Book Sales ran their business, showed me the car then let me take it for a spin. I told him ...I still had other cars to look at and he wasn't pushy at all, he gave me his card and all the info on the car. I had decided to purchase the car two years later. We talked for a bit over the phone about the car then I went to the dealership and left with my car two hours later. It was a Saturday and the dealership was very busy so they were short staffed but everyone was great. Show more

This location was great. Every salesmen were happy and energetic. Willing to help at any moment. We go helped very quickly, the process went by very quickly. They were having a deal, and we got the deal. There was no hassle at all. I do just want to warn everyone that comes into this location, that ...if you sell a car, you will have to wait 2-3 business days before getting your check. We were not aware of this when we first walked in. The salesman who helped us, made me feel stupid for being mad about it. He assumed we were going to buy a car right away but we weren't. It's none of his business why we need the funds now. Show more
