This process was so easy, I kept thinking "what's the catch?" Our car broke down on a Monday, and we walked away with a brand new car on a Tuesday. The process was so smooth, and our sales guy, Tim, was very receptive to our needs and very honest about his opinion on the car we should get. The whole... team was very helpful, they filled the car up before we left, cleaned it, and the manager even offered to pay half the fee to get cruise control installed. It was a MUST from my husband that we have cruise control, and the car we ended up buying didn't have it. Thank you Low Book Sales of Lindon for making this dreaded car shopping process a breeze! I was in a time crunch, and Danny, the salesman, handled my information very quickly, as did their entire staff. Very professional, friendly, and super easy to deal with. Not very often have I enjoyed a transaction with a dealership, but I did here, and would recommend them without reservation.

Worked with Brodi and had a great experience, I already did my research at home and found their car to be the best price. If it is possible to get you into a quality car Low Book Sales can do it when nobody else can. They even have a program designed for people who have low credit scores that not only allows you to actually finance a vehicle, but fix your credit as well. However, don't expect the impossible if you have... bad credit, be prepared to put down at least $1,000.00 and expect a high monthly payment until you have re-established your credit and banks aren't afraid to do business with you. I found a listing on cars.com of a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 86000 miles, price was right and pictures would be coming soon. I called and let the office know I was interested in the Jeep. they told me it was on its way to a wholesaler. I asked Brodi my sales person for pictures and they sent m...e the pictures the person sent them to sell the jeep to them. I let Brodi know I wanted the jeep. he had the car transporter bring the Jeep back to the dealer. I put a non-refundable deposit of $500. they certified the jeep and shipped it to Las Vegas where I picked it up. Great Job Brodie.... thank you for all your work on this sale. sight un-seen. Let me first say that I HATE buying cars. I don't enjoy the hassle or the games. Keeping that in mind, I worked with Tom Maddalone at Low Book Sales, Lindon location. He was very straight forward and open about the process. I really felt he cared about my concerns and did his best by me. I bought my first car on Saturday. Taylor really helped me out! I tried almost ever car on the lot and Taylor had the next car pulled up for me to try, not to mention it was raining/snowing on Saturday! Wonderful customer service!

I huge thanks to Melissa Beau in the service department for rescuing me and my little girl. My gas line sprung a leak and we would've been stranded without her. She got us in last minute and got on it right away and sent us on our way with a new line and a running car.
