I huge thanks to Melissa Beau in the service department for rescuing me and my little girl. My gas line sprung a leak and we would've been stranded without her. She got us in last minute and got on it right away and sent us on our way with a new line and a running car.

Went in looking for a vehicle. Worked with Arturo and Chris. They got us into something fast with no pressure. Cash in finance got us in and out. Had a great experience at Low Book Sales in Salt Lake and would definitely go back.

The sales man here are so friendly and very very professional in what they do. We will be getting more cars from you guys soon. Everyone is so nice here I would highly recommend this place to get the car you want , it doesn't take them a whole day to get you what you want.

Exalent service loved the set up of the dealer ship the kids could play while I was checking out the cars and focuse on paper work I have a 3 year old so that says a lot Love my car and I'll defanetly be giving them more of my business ¿

This is the way all used car dealerships should be. Great selection of cars, very simple upfront pricing, no hassles or haggling. My salesman was great and went out of his way to help me since I had shown up in my rental car an was by myself, he assisted me in getting both car where I needed the...m. I had gone in for a very certain Ford truck, but after seeing it I wasn't happy with it. Nick had shown me a different one that was much nicer, and had everything I could want in a truck. He was really polite and helpful. I had gone in alone with my 2year old and sky high stress but made it so much ...easier and less stressful than I was expecting. I left less stressed than when I walked in. My only complaint is that our financing guy had seemed a little distracted. We will definitely be back to Lowbook and to see Nick when we are ready to purchase again. Show more

So when you know your credit is not in a good place, buying a car is so intimidating. You don???t want to go get your hopes up to only be told no. Well not only were they able to get us approved, they got us a lower interest rate than I had on the vehicle I traded in! Tyler didn???t push us into ...a vehicle we couldn???t affor, he steered us towards the ones that were in or price range but also fit what I wanted which was 4WD. We have a beautiful 2016 Jeep Compass and I???m so happy to have a safe reliable car for my family this winter! Thank you low book sales, we will be back. Show more
